As a proud Virginian, I embrace a multifaceted identity as an artist, graphic designer, and father of two. My creative journey is defined by curiosity and a deep love for artistic experimentation across a variety of mediums.

Recognized by the Circle Foundation for the Arts as a featured artist, I’ve built a diverse portfolio spanning photography, driftwood sculpture, and impressionistic acrylic painting. My work in watercolor and sumi-e ink reflects my admiration for the organic beauty of nature’s forms and movement.

For decades, I’ve been drawn to experimental photography—particularly light painting. My fascination began in the late 1990s with a Holga 120S medium-format camera, whose natural distortions, light leaks, and vignettes still influence my visual storytelling today.

My photography has received international recognition, including honors from the Neutral Density Awards, International Photography Awards, and Monochrome Awards. I am also a member of the Black and White Awards photography group and have been featured in art publications such as 365 Art+, Art Reveal, MUSA International, and Spotlight by the Circle Foundation. My photograph Mirror Mirror was showcased in Spotlight, Volume 30, and MUSA International’s Photography in the Visual Culture, Volume 2.

Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Radford University with concentrations in graphic design and photography, I currently work full-time in marketing and communications as a graphic designer and contribute articles to 365 Art+ Magazine. Whether through design, painting, or light-infused photography, my goal is to create art that bridges technique and emotion—capturing the unseen poetry of the world around us.
